Welcome New Students for 2017
We are excited you have decided to begin your journey with us. Learn quickly and safely with personal attention. To establish a foundation in the technique, we recommend 4 Introductory Private Sessions . This allows the instructors to evaluate and assess your personal needs as well as make recommendations to achieve your fitness goals. For your own safety and protection the instructor reserves the right to determine if you are able to join a group class. At any time the instructors reserve the right to refuse your participation in a group class, and will recommend that you take private sessions to ensure your knowledge and ability to execute the exercises with proper form.
